The Irtiqaa program is a program for associative trainings. It is based on diversifying training offers to suit the different needs of the target groups and gradually building and developing the skills and knowledge of these groups. It is mainly based on training in groups of medium size and harmonious in terms of cognitive and skill levels, and on producing training packages open to the public. The program also aims to combine conceptual trainings and skill trainings. The program will include four (4) groups, so that each training group will include 25 beneficiaries, and each group will benefit from seventeen (17) training courses, each course with its own topic.
