The Board of Directors of the Basma Foundation for Social Development met in Rabat on Saturday, December 31, 2022.

In accordance with the provisions of the association’s bylaws, this regular board was dedicated to approving the literary and financial reports for the year 2022 and approving the strategic plan for the stage and the program and budget for the year 2023.

This meeting was an essential step to give a strong impetus to institutional volunteer work to build a society of solidarity and dignity. The foundation also seeks, through this plan, to contribute to building a society of solidarity and dignity with independence, honesty and transparency, by empowering civil society organizations working in the field of social development through qualification, training, research, networking, advocacy and support for social projects.

The convening of the board was also an opportunity to elect the evaluation and monitoring committee to strengthen the rules of good management adopted by the foundation and to ensure the achievement of the objectives approved in the foundation’s strategic plan and its approval during the work of this meeting.
