A delegation from the Basma Foundation for Social Development visited the headquarters of the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Agency in Rabat on Tuesday (December 3, 2024), where it was received by the director in charge of managing the agency, Mohamed Salem Al-Sharqawi, who was accompanied by a number of the agency’s executives.
The delegation, headed by Mustafa Al-Farjani, the foundation’s president, listened to comprehensive presentations on the social and educational projects implemented by the agency in Jerusalem, in support of the city’s residents and the preservation of its religious and cultural heritage, and then presented a financial contribution from the foundation in support of the agency’s projects.
On this occasion, Mr. Mohamed Salem Al-Sharqawi expressed his appreciation for this generous support, stressing the agency’s desire, within the framework of its powers, to open up to all Moroccan associations and expand cooperation with various civil society actors in Morocco.
For his part, the members of the Basma Foundation delegation expressed their appreciation for the agency’s work and their pride, as Moroccans, in these efforts in support of Al-Quds Al-Sharif and its people, under the direct supervision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, consolidating the historical and ongoing ties between Moroccans and Al-Quds.

In this regard, Mustafa Al-Farjani confirmed the foundation’s readiness to engage in all civil initiatives of the agency in support of its blessed work towards Al-Quds Al-Sharif and to work to expand its awareness.

It is worth noting that the agency’s headquarters in Rabat includes exhibitions and halls that display the foundation’s work that embody the efforts of the Kingdom of Morocco, under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, towards Al-Quds Al-Sharif and its Palestinian residents..
